Flagging notification in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Securities Markets Act
Rovio Entertainment Corporation (the "Company") has received a notification pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act from Invesco Ltd.
According to the notification, Invesco Ltd has acquired Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company asset management affiliate OppenheimerFunds. As a result of the acquisition, the Company shares managed by OppenheimerFunds were transferred under Invesco Ltd's management. After the acquisition, Invesco Ltd manages the Company's shares and voting rights as follows:
