Itaú Corpbanca Files Material Event Notice Announcing the Acquisition of MCC S.A. Corredores de Bolsa


SANTIAGO, Chile, May 29, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ITAÚ CORPBANCA (NYSE: ITCB; SSE: ITAUCORP) announced that it filed today a Material Event Notice reporting the acquisition of MCC S.A. Corredores de Bolsa –in compliance with the Transaction Agreement– with the Chilean Financial Market Commission and with the Chilean Superintendency of Banks and Financial Institutions.
