Vilnius, June 10, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Please be informed that on 1 June 2019, the right of ownership of the qualifying holding of Medicinos Bankas UAB previously owned by a shareholder of Medicinos Bankas UAB Saulius Karosas was taken over by his inheritor Konstantinas Karosas.
List of participants/shareholders of the bank as on 1 June 2019: Konstantinas Karosas (89.91 per cent), Western Petroleum Ltd. (9.87 per cent), Vytenis Rasutis (0.22 per cent).
