PAVmed to Join Russell Microcap® Index


NEW YORK, June 26, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PAVmed Inc. (Nasdaq: PAVM, PAVMZ) (the “Company” or “PAVmed”), a highly differentiated, multiproduct medical device company, today announced the Company is set to join the Russell Microcap® Index at the conclusion of the 2019 Russell indexes annual reconstitution, effective after the U.S. market opens on July 1, according to a preliminary list of additions posted on June 7, 14 and 21.

Membership in the Russell Microcap® Index, which remains in place for one year, results in automatic inclusion in the appropriate growth and value style indexes. FTSE Russell determines membership for its Russell indexes primarily by objective, market capitalization rankings and style attributes.
