Verkkokauppa.com Oyj has signed committed revolving credit facility agreements amounting to EUR 20 million with three core banks of Verkkokauppa.com. The agreements consist of one EUR 5 million credit facility, which maturity is five years, and two total EUR 15 million revolving credit facilities, which maturity is three years. These three agreements will replace earlier unutilized revolving credit facility arrangements.
The agreed facility has been taken for general corporate purposes.
