Sale of Apollo’s investment in City Pantry Limited
The Board of Octopus Apollo VCT plc is pleased to announce the completion of the sale of City Pantry Limited, the online corporate catering marketplace, to Just Eat Plc.
Apollo was one of the first institutional investors in City Pantry and its realised investment has achieved an overall IRR in excess of 40%.
This successful exit demonstrates Apollo’s investment strategy of providing growth capital to fund the expansion of commercialised businesses.
