Arion Bank will be offering ISK denominated covered bonds series ARION CB 24 and ARION CBI 26 on 4 September 2019.
Arion Bank will be accepting ARION CB 19 as payment towards the purchase of bonds in the auction. Arion Bank will purchase ARION CB 19 at the clean price of 100.5228, which is equivalent to a 3.50% yield.
The value of ARION CB 19, with accrued interest will constitute payment towards the bonds issued 11 September 2019.
Investors can also choose to settle the covered bonds with cash or with the securities in the list below. The price of the securities will be determined by the mid yield at the close of the market on day of the offering.
