DNA Plc: Telenor Finland Holding Oy publishes supplement to the offer document concerning its mandatory cash tender offer

DNA Plc announced on 9 April 2019 that the Norwegian telecommunications company Telenor ASA had announced that it will acquire 54% of the shares in DNA for EUR 20.90 per share in cash from Finda Telecoms Oy and PHP Holding Oy. On 21 August 2019, Telenor announced that the DNA share transaction has been completed, with the completion triggering the obligation to make a mandatory public tender offer for the remaining outstanding shares in DNA.

On 28 August 2019, Telenor’s wholly-owned subsidiary Telenor Finland Holding Oy has published the tender offer document and announced that the offer period was to start on 29 August 2019. The Offer period is estimated to end on 26 September 2019.

The Offeror announced today that it is supplementing the tender offer document concerning the Tender Offer with the statement of DNA's Board of Directors. The Finnish language version of the supplement published by the Offeror will be available on the internet at www.telenor.com/telenor-ostotarjous-dna and at offices of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) Helsinki Branch. The English language version of the supplement will be available on the internet at www.telenor.com/telenor-offer-for-dna.
