Following the announcement dated June 19, 2019, Banco Comercial Português, S.A. hereby informs that its Board of Directors and the Board of Directors of Banco de Investimento Imobiliário, S.A. approved today the merger project of Banco de Investimento Imobiliário, S.A., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Banco Comercial Português, S.A., by incorporation into the latter.
Banco Comercial Português, S.A. will inform in due time of the closing of this process.
