Northview Apartment REIT Announces Filing of the Final Short Form Base Shelf Prospectus


CALGARY, Alberta, Sept. 23, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Northview Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (“Northview”) (NVU.UN – TSX) announced today that it has filed the final short form base shelf prospectus dated September 20, 2019 (the “Base Shelf Prospectus”) with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada. The Base Shelf Prospectus is valid for a period of 25 months. During this period, Northview may offer and issue, from time to time, Trust units, debt securities and subscription receipts (collectively, the “Securities”), for an aggregate offering amount of up to $750 million. Any issue of Securities under the Base Shelf Prospectus will require the filing of a prospectus supplement that will include specific terms of the Securities being offered.
