A notification according to Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Securities Markets Act: Telenor Finland Holding Oy’s holding in DNA has exceeded 2/3 and 90 per cent

On 2 October 2019, DNA Plc (business ID 0592509-6) received a notification according to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act from Telenor Finland Holding Oy (business ID 3009547-7,Telenor Group’s wholly owned subsidiary), stating that the company’s holdings and proportion of voting rights in DNA Plc is 94.46 per cent.

According to the notification Telenor Finland Holding Oy owns 124 967 384 shares after the transaction on 2 October 2019 representing 94.46 per cent of DNA Plc’s shares and voting rights. Thus, the holding exceeded the 2/3 and 90 per cent flagging threshold.

DNA Plc has one series of shares, and each share entitles to one vote. The total number of shares is 132,303,500.
