Middlesex Water Company Increases Quarterly Dividend


ISELIN, N.J., Oct. 23, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Middlesex Water Company (Nasdaq:MSEX) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.25625 per share on its common stock, a 6.7% increase from the $0.24 per share dividend declared in July of 2019.  This increase raises the annual dividend rate to $1.025 from $0.96 per share of common stock. The declared dividend is payable on December 2, 2019 to shareholders of record as of November 15, 2019.  Middlesex Water Company has paid cash dividends in varying amounts continually since 1912.
