Agnete Raaschou-Nielsen stated today that, after 10 years as chairman of the board of directors, she will not seek re-election at the ordinary general meeting to be held in April 2020.
At the same occasion, Hartmann’s board of directors will nominate current board member Jan Klarskov Henriksen as chairman, while Steen Parsholt is expected to continue as vice chairman. Jan Klarskov Henriksen has been a member of the board of directors since 2018, and Steen Parsholt has been a board member since 2013 and served as vice chairman since 2018.
“Hartmann’s management and employees have created a very positive development and a stronger business with good growth potential in the years I have had the privilege of serving our shareholders. I have been chairman of the board of directors since 2010, and I am pleased that the board will nominate Jan Klarskov Henriksen as my successor at the general meeting in 2020,” says Agnete Raaschou-Nielsen.
