Fundraise of GBP170,000 from new strategic investor
Gate Ventures PLC, a global media and entertainment operating company, announces that it has received a strategic investment of GBP170,000 via a subscription for 94,444,444 new ordinary shares in the Company at a price of GBP0.0018 per share, representing 16.6% of the Company’s enlarged share capital.
The investment has been made by Dr. Li Li, who has a great passion for promoting arts and entertainment in United States of America as well as in China. Based in California, US, Dr. Li Li is the Chair of the National Rongxiang Xu Foundation, a medical organisation focused on the study and development of body regeneration restorative science. In 2017, Dr. Li Li was awarded ‘outstanding woman of the year’ by the Assembly of California. Dr. Li Li is also President of MEBO International, a US-incorporated business that manages and operates intellectual property, including scientific research results, patents, copyrights, trademarks and publications. Dr. Li Li began her career as a professional athlete in China before joining the medical profession.

Total Voting Rights
Following issuance of the new ordinary shares, the Company’s issued share capital will consist of 568,838, 903 ordinary shares.
