Woodbury, NY, Feb. 11, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Greenrose Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: GNRSU) (the “Company”) announced today that it priced its initial public offering of 15,000,000 units at a price of $10 per unit generating gross proceeds of $150,000,000 to the Company. Each unit consists of one share of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (“Common Stock”), and one warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder to purchase one share of Common Stock at a price of $11.50 per share. The units have been listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”) and will commence trading February 11, 2020, under the ticker symbol “GNRSU”. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Common Stock and warrants are expected to be traded on Nasdaq under the symbols “GNRS” and “GNRSW,” respectively.
The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,250,000 units offered by the Company to cover over-allotments, if any.
The offering is expected to close on or about February 13, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
