Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Kenmare Resources plc (LSE: KMR, ISE: KMR) announces that Elaine Dorward-King, a Non-Executive Director of Kenmare, has been appointed as an independent director of Sibanye Stillwater Limited (“Sibanye Stillwater”). Sibanye Stillwater is an international precious metals mining company, with operations in South Africa, Zimbabwe and the United States of America. Sibanye Stillwater is quoted on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange.
