Philly Shipyard ASA has today on 22 April 2020 held its Annual General Meeting (AGM). All proposals to the AGM were approved.
The Board of Directors now consists of:
Kristian Røkke (Chairman)
Amy Humphreys (Deputy Chairman)
Elin Karfjell
