GINA L. OSBORN, FBI ASSISTANT SPECIAL AGENT IN CHARGE, RETIRED—Gina L. Osborn began her law enforcement career in 1986 by enlisting in the U.S. Army as a Counterintelligence Special Agent. She served six years during the Cold War investigating the highest-profile espionage cases in the European Theater.
