SPRINGFIELD, Mo., June 26, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Guaranty Federal Bancshares, Inc., (NASDAQ:GFED), the holding company (the “Company”) for Guaranty Bank, today announces a dividend per common share of $.15 for its second quarter ending June 30, 2020.  The dividend will be payable on July 17, 2020 to stockholders of record on July 7, 2020.
