LUXEMBOURG, Oct. 22, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The consortium of investors in Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield SE (“URW”) led by Léon Bressler of Aermont Capital and Xavier Niel of NJJ Holding today notified the Autorité des marchés financiers that the consortium’s combined shareholding in URW has crossed the 5 per cent threshold.
The shares have been acquired by Flagship Retail Investment S.à r.l., an investment vehicle of Aermont Capital Real Estate Fund IV SCSp managed by Aermont Capital Management S.à r.l., and by wholly-owned subsidiaries of NJJ Holding, the personal investment vehicle of Xavier Niel.
