Territorial Bancorp Inc. Declares Special Dividend


HONOLULU, Dec. 23, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Territorial Bancorp Inc. (NASDAQ: TBNK) (the “Company”), headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii, the holding company parent of Territorial Savings Bank, announces that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of $0.10 per share payable on January 20, 2021 to shareholders of record as of January 6, 2021.
