(NASDAQ: FARM) (the “Company”) today announced that the Company will release its financial results for its fiscal third quarter, or period ended March 31, 2021, after market close on Thursday, May 6, 2021. Management will host an audio-only investor conference call webcast the same day at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time (4:00 p.m. Central time) to review the Company’s financial results.
