A change in the CEO of Admicom Oyj, the CFO Petri Aho will act as the temporary CEO

Admicom announced on January 7, 2021 that they started the recruitment process for a new CEO whilst Antti Seppä leaves the company by the end of the year 2021. The aim of the change was to ensure a controlled transition to the new organisational model and strategic period. Admicom Oyj’s Board of Directors has released Antti Seppä from the duties of the CEO on June 4, 2021.

Admicom Oyj’s current CFO, Petri Aho will from June 4, 2021 onwards act as the Company’s temporary CEO in addition to his CFO duties. The Board will fill the role of the CEO during the year 2021.

“On behalf of the Board of Directors I thank Antti for his great contribution, active and diligent attitude towards work, and for his positivity in growing Admicom’s business. When Antti started with the Company, there were about 30 employees and now there are about 180. Antti has led the Company to growth and has succeeded in giving an important contribution to the challenges required by the growth. With the growth Admicom has moved to a new phase, and alongside with it the Board and Antti have together concluded that it is time for a change in the CEO. It has been great working with Antti, and we wish Antti all the best for the future."
