Admicom Oyj: Composition of Admicom’s shareholders’ nomination committee

The Annual General Meeting resolved on the establishment of Admicom’s shareholders’ nomination committee. The Committee shall make a proposal to the Annual General Meeting about the members and the remuneration of the Board of Directors.
The Committee shall consist of the 3-4 largest shareholders based on the shareholders’ register on September 1, 2021.
The following have been elected to the Nomination Committee of Admicom's shareholders:
- Matti Häll, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, Admicom's largest shareholder on September 1, 2021,
- Jan Andersson, Member of the Nomination Committee, appointed by Swedbank Robur Fonder,
- Sussi Kvart, Member of the Nomination Committee, appointed by Handelsbanken Fonder, and
- Erik Sprinchorn, Member of the Nomination Committee, appointed by TIN Fonder.
