Heeros Plc to acquire Taimer Ltd

Finnish SaaS-companies Heeros and Taimer will join forces in the growing markets of financial management and enterprise resource planning (ERP). Together the companies can offer a fully integrated solution for digitalizing and automating business processes for PSA segment companies.

Heeros Plc and Taimer Ltd have signed a share purchase agreement on 15^th of November 2021 for Heeros to acquire 100% of the shares of Taimer, a Finnish SaaS company focusing on PSA (professional services automation) segment ERP solution. The acquisition is conditional on Heeros extraordinary general meeting approval, and it is estimated that Taimer will be consolidated to Heeros from 1.1.2022 onwards.

Joining forces to meet customers’ needs
Taimer with its 40% revenue growth in the last fiscal year is a growth acceleration investment for Heeros. The acquisition supports Heeros’ strategy for 2021-23 and works as a catalyst for strategy execution both in Finland and internationally.

The acquisition strengthens Heeros’ capabilities to meet its customers’ needs for business process automatization. By integrating Heeros and Taimer solutions, Heeros can offer an end to end ERP solution for small and medium sized businesses that fully integrates to financial management solution and invoicing processes, says Heeros CEO Mikko Pilkama.

Heeros’ existing account office customers also have raised to us a need for an integrated system that complements their current financial management solution. For this Taimer brings an excellent solution, Mikko continues.
