Admicom Oyj: Ceo's appointment postponed until 2022

Admicom Oyj's Board of Directors has decided on December 22, 2021 to postpone the appointment of Admicom Oyj's CEO until 2022. The Board of Directors wants to carefully assess the impact of the acquisition made on December 22, 2021 on the Group's management structure and future director appointments. Petri Aho, CFO of the Group, will continue as Admicom Oyj's interim CEO for the time being.
