Suominen Corporation has received a notification on March 7, 2022 referred to Chapter 9, Section 5 and 6 of the Securities Market Act. According to the notification, the shareholding of Etola Group Oy, controlled by Mr Erkki Etola, in Suominen Corporation has crossed the 10% flagging threshold. At the same time the total holding of Erkki Etola and companies controlled by him in Suominen Corporation has crossed the 20% flagging threshold.
