MediaCentral Corporation Announces CFO Resignation


TORONTO, March 09, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MediaCentral Corporation (CSE: FLYY; FSE: 3AT) (“Media Central” or the “Company” or “we” or “us”) announced today the resignation of Chief Financial Officer Carmelo Marrelli effective January 25, 2022.

A search for Mr. Marrelli’s successor is underway. Marrelli Support Services Inc. will assist in daily recordkeeping until a replacement is found.

Media Central also announced the resignation of its auditor, Fazzari + Partners. Fazzari + Partners was responsible for preparing the 2020 Audit.

The resignations of Mr. Marrelli and Fazzari + Partners were unrelated.
