Cord Blood Banking Leader Cryo-Cell Announces Transfer to the NYSE American Stock Exchange

OLDSMAR, Fla., Aug. 17, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cryo-Cell International, Inc. (The Nasdaq Stock Market Symbol: CCEL) (“Cryo-Cell”, the “Company”), the world’s first private cord blood bank to separate and store stem cells in 1992, announced today that it will change its listing from the Nasdaq Capital Market to the NYSE American stock exchange on August 30, 2022.

The last date of trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market is expected to be August 29. 2022. Cryo-Cell’s common stock will continue to trade under its existing “CCEL” symbol.
