PureGold Announces Transfer of Listing from the TSX Venture Exchange to the NEX

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Nov. 02, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pure Gold Mining Inc. (TSX-V:PGM, LSE:PUR) (“PureGold” or the “Company”) announces that as a result of the Company receiving protection under the Companies Creditors Arrangement Act (“CCAA”) on October 31, 2022, the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”) has advised the Company that the trading of PureGold’s common shares will be transferred to the NEX Board of the TSXV effective at the opening of the market today, Wednesday, November 2, 2022. The trading symbol for the Company will change from PGM to PGM.H.
