Decisions at the Annual General Meeting
On 31 January 2023, Coloplast Finance B.V. held its Annual General Meeting. At the Annual General Meeting, the sole shareholder, Coloplast A/S approved the annual report for the financial year 2021/22 (for the first 7-months from incorporation until 30 September 2022).
