(NYSE: ODV, TSXV: ODV) ("Osisko Development" or the "Company") announces that as part of its regular annual remuneration program, the Company has granted an aggregate of 99,170 deferred share units ("DSUs") of the Company to its independent directors in accordance with the DSU Plan of the Company.
