(NASDAQ: GENQ) (“Genesis”), a special purpose acquisition company, and Environmental Solutions Group Holdings Limited (“ESGL” or the “Company”), a sustainable waste solutions provider whose mission is to recycle industrial waste into circular products using innovative technologies and renewable energy through its operating entity in Singapore, Environmental Solutions (Asia) Pte. (“ESA”), today announced that Genesis has filed a definitive proxy statement (the “Proxy Statement”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) in connection with its Special Meeting of Stockholders (the “Special Meeting”) to, among other things, approve the previously announced proposed business combination (the “Business Combination”) with ESGL.
