West Completes Sale of SchoolMessenger to PowerSchool


ISLANDIA, N.Y., Oct. 03, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- West Technology Group, LLC (the “Company” or “West”) has completed the $300 million sale of its SchoolMessenger business to PowerSchool, a leading provider of cloud-based software for K-12 education.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the sale to repay debt and for general corporate purposes.
