TextMagic AS has signed an agreement to sell its subsidiary Edicy OÜ to Erply Inc. for 800 thousand euros.
Edicy OÜ manages the website and e-commerce management platform Voog, as well as the landing page creation tool Edicy. TextMagic AS acquired the company in June 2023, and the reason for the sale is a difference in business direction.
