HOUSTON, Sept. 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- A new chapter in residential development is taking shape in Northwest Houston as StoneManor Homes officially broke ground on Acres Legacy, a 52-home single-family residential community at the intersection of T.C. Jester Boulevard and Mansfield Street.
The groundbreaking brought together the managing partners of Elevated Development and Realfin Capital, their families, and members of the StoneManor Homes team to celebrate the start of construction and the partnership behind the new community.
Located in the historic Acres Homes area, Acres Legacy represents an investment in new housing within one of Houston’s established neighborhoods while bringing new construction to a strategically located infill site.

The 52-home development is being created through a partnership between StoneManor Homes and Elevated Development, a Houston-based land development company focused on residential and mixed-use communities.
