IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SHARE BUYBACK PROGRAM APPROVED BY THE SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING HELD ON 4 JUNE 2026
As part of the share buyback program authorized by the Shareholders’ Meeting held on 4 June 2026, FORVIA signed with an investment services provider a mandate for the acquisition of a maximum of 1,000,000 FORVIA shares during a period starting from 3 September 2026 until 18 September 2026, at the latest.
