Health Monitor Network Appoints Jay Korada as Vice President, Data Analytics, Research & Insights

Appointment strengthens commitment to advanced measurement, commercial intelligence and client performance

Montvale, NJ, Oct. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Health Monitor Network, a leader and innovator in point of care (POC) marketing, today announced the appointment of Jay Korada as Vice President, Data Analytics, Research & Insights. Korada brings more than 12 years of experience in commercial analytics, data strategy and artificial intelligence, including senior analytics roles at Bristol Myers Squibb and AbbVie.

The appointment advances Health Monitor Network’s investment in helping pharmaceutical clients better understand program effectiveness and make informed marketing decisions. Korada will lead the company’s analytics, research and insights strategy, connecting third-party data, digital performance metrics and market intelligence to strengthen measurement across its point of care portfolio.

Working across Sales, Product, Marketing, Digital Operations and Technology, Korada will translate those capabilities into practical guidance for clients, from understanding audience engagement to identifying opportunities to optimize campaign performance.

“Jay understands how to turn complex healthcare data into commercial intelligence that clients can act on,” said Keith Sedlak, Chief Commercial Officer at Health Monitor Network. “As we expand our digital capabilities and product portfolio, he will strengthen our ability to demonstrate what drives results, guide smarter investment decisions and articulate the value of engaging patients and healthcare professionals at the point of care.”

“Our goal is to give clients a clearer understanding of which programs are delivering results and where they can improve performance,” said Korada. “I’m excited to connect Health Monitor Network’s data assets and build measurement and AI-enabled capabilities that translate campaign performance into practical recommendations for our clients.”

Most recently, at Bristol Myers Squibb, Korada led enterprise AI and self-service analytics initiatives for Commercial and Market Access, scaling conversational analytics fivefold to more than 150 users across multiple business teams. Previously, at AbbVie, he drove commercial analytics for the neuroscience portfolio, applying IQVIA, claims and real-world data to commercial strategy and healthcare professional segmentation while helping optimize a multimillion-dollar omnichannel marketing portfolio.

Korada has also held analytics roles at Cardlytics, Royal Caribbean and USAA, bringing a cross-industry perspective to connecting data, technology and business performance.

He holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Southern California, an MBA in Finance and Operations from the Institute of Public Enterprise, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
