AS Pro Kapital Grupp (hereinafter Pro Kapital) announces that its subsidiary OÜ Marsi Elu and AS Oma Ehitaja have settled the dispute in Harju County Court civil case no. 2-23-7815 by a compromise, which the court approved by its ruling of 27.10.2026. Pro Kapital has also disclosed this dispute in its previous reports.
The dispute concerned contractual penalties and compensation for damages arising from a construction contract. The parties mutually waived the disputed claims, and neither party will make any payments to the other. The management of Pro Kapital considers the compromise a reasonable solution in which both parties made concessions. Pro Kapital had not made any provisions to cover the claims related to the dispute. The one-off positive effect of the compromise on Pro Kapital’s profit is approximately EUR 670 thousand, which will be reflected in October 2026.
