Finn Johnsson, proposed as Chairman

Geveko's Nomination Committee, has proposed that Finn Johnsson be appointed
Chairman of the Board at the Annual General Meeting 2010. Shareholders
representing more than 50% of the voting rights has informed that they support
the proposal of the Nomination Committee.

Ove Mattsson, the present Chairman, reaching the age of 70 years next year, is
not standing for re-election.

The Annual General Meeting will be held April 26, 2010.
