NovaCast Technologies AB flyttas från observationsavdelningen/transferred back from the observation segment (31/10)

Den 11 februari 2010 placerades aktierna i NovaCast Technologies AB (Bolaget)
på observationsavdelningen eftersom det förelåg osäkerheter om bolagets
ekonomiska situation. Bolaget hade per den 4 februari publicerat ett
pressmeddelande om en riktad nyemission. Den 8 februari 2010 offentliggjorde
Aktiemarknadsnämnden sitt beslut, AMN 2010:03, om dispens från budplikten
beträffande Bolaget. Nämnda dokument innehöll information om att Bolaget inom
kort behövde erhålla ytterligare kapital för att hantera lånebelastningen och
driften av verksamheten samt förbättra dess kapitalstruktur. Om inte detta
skedde riskerade Bolaget inom kort att hamna i en obeståndssituation. 

Den 25 februari 2010 offentliggjorde Bolaget att aktiekapitalet hade ökat,
vilket också har registrerats hos Bolagsverket. Bolaget har dessutom lämnat
uppgift till NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB att bolaget har tillräckligt kapital för
den kommande tolvmånadersperioden. 

Med anledning av det ovan anförda beslutar NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB att handeln
med aktierna i NovaCast Technologies AB (ISIN-kod SE0000362675 orderboks-ID
39947) skall återföras till sin ordinarie plats. 

Aktierna överförs fr.o.m. tisdagen den 2 mars 2010. 

The shares in NovaCast Technologies AB were placed on the observation segment
on February 11th, 2010, because there was uncertainty in respect of the
company's financial situation. 

The company had on February 4th announced a directed issue of new shares. On
February 8th 2010 the Swedish Securities Council published a decision, AMN
2010:03, regarding an exemption from the obligation to launch a mandatory offer
to the shareholders in the Company. The mentioned documents include information
that the company needs to obtain additional capital to manage the loan burden
and management of operations and improve its capital structure. It was then
likely to expect that the company shortly would be in a situation of
insolvency. 

NovaCast Technologies AB announced February 25th 2010 that the share capital
has been decreased, which has been registered at the Swedish Companies
Registration Office. Furthermore the company has informed NASDAQ OMX Stockholm
AB that they have adequate financial resources for the upcoming 12 months. 

With reference to what is stated above, the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided
that the shares in NovaCast Technologies AB (ISIN-code SE0000362675
orderbook-ID 39947) will be transferred back to their ordinary position. 

The shares will be transferred with effect from Tuesday the 2nd of March, 2010.
