Derivatives: Anticipated adjustment in PA Resources due to

The following information is based on a press release from PA Resources AB (PA
Resources) published on May 20, 2010, and may be subject to change. 

The board of PA Resources has proposed that the Extra General Meeting (EGM),
planned for May 24, 2010, approves a rights issue (14:5), whereby shareholders
are entitled to fourteen (14) new shares for every five (5) shares held. The
subscription price is set at SEK 3.75 per share. The Ex-date is May 26, 2010.
Provided that the EGM approves the proposed rights issue, NASDAQ OMX
Derivatives Markets will carry out a re-calculation of options, forwards and
futures in PA Resources.
