DLR Kredit can look back at 2010 with satisfaction. As anticipated, the activity level was at a lower level than in the preceding years. But in spite of a general slowdown in economic activity, a pressure on earnings for the business areas funded by DLR and waning property prices, 2010 can nevertheless be described as a satisfactory year.
