OEM International acquires Svenska Helag

OEM International has today acquired Svenska Helag AB. Svenska Helag in
Borås produces and market connection technology components with a
turnover of MSEK 21 in 2010. The acquisition means a possibility to
strengthen the product range within connection technology and creates
potential for future growth in this market segment.  

-      Svenska Helag is a well-managed company with products
complementing our present product range in OEM Electronics. We will
gradually increase the cooperation between Svenska Helag and OEM
Electronics to use the synergies and develop our offer, says Jörgen
Zahlin, Managing Director and CEO for OEM International.

The purchase sum amounts to approximately MSEK 10 plus an additional
purchase sum based on the business development 2011 and 2012. The
acquisition is expected to have a marginal impact on OEM's profit for
the current year.
