Management change at Handelsbanken

After reaching his contractual age of retirement, M Johan Widerberg has remained
part of Handelsbanken Group management and the central bank management team for
a two-year period. On 1 April he is leaving the Group management and the central
bank management team after a total of 15 years. However, M Johan Widerberg will
be continuing with his assignments on the boards of various Handelsbanken
subsidiaries and regional banks.
