Copenhagen, 2011-04-12 08:57 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Following the award rendered by the Arbitration Tribunal in the DPTG/TPSA case in September 2010, TPSA filed two challenges against the arbitrators of the Austrian Arbitration Tribunal to the President of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber in Vienna, claiming that the arbitrators were biased and questioned the independence of one of the arbitrators.
GN has been informed that the President of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber has decided to dismiss the two challenges filed by TPSA.
