THE RURIC NOMINATION COMMITTEE PROPOSES A NEW RURIC BOARD

The  Ruric Nomination Committee proposes the  following election of directors to
the five member Board at the Annual General Meeting on June 11, 2012:

The  re-election of Vadim Gurinov and Denis  Martyushev and new election of Ilya
Sosnov, Aleksandrs Tralmaks and Nikolay Berdin as board members.

The  Nomination Committee proposes the election  of Vadim Gurinov as Chairman of
the Board.

Ilya  Sosnov is  born 1978. Mr  Sosnov is  a Russian  citizen. He  is CFO of The
Russian  Sea Group  with a  background as  controller with several large Russian
companies  and as auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr Sosnov has an MBA from
IE Business School and a Bachelor from Moscow State University.

Aleksandrs  Tralmaks is born 1975. Mr  Tralmaks is a Latvian  citizen. He is the
Chairman  of Catella Corporate Finance  SIA in the Baltics  with a background in
media  and strategic advisory, often with a  Swedish angle. Mr Tralmaks has i.a.
served six years for the Swedish Trade Council in Latvia in the beginning of his
career.    Mr    Tralmaks    has   a   BSc   in   Business   Administration   an
Economics/Specialization  in  IT,  Telecommunications  and  Media from Stockholm
School of Economics in Riga, Latvia.

Nikolay Berdin. Mr Berdin is a Russian citizen. He is Head of the Department for
Legal  and corporate  affairs at  OJSC "Cordiant"  (former OJSC "SIBUR - Russian
Tyres") in Moscow. Mr Berdin has Honors Degrees in Financial Management from The
Presidential Program and in jurisprudence from the Tomsk University respectively
as well as a Specialist Degree in Foreign Languages from Tomsk University.
