Thus, the last day of trading the Tower Group shares on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen is 1 November 2012.
Tower Group A/S held an extraordinary general meeting on 25 May 2012. The board’s proposal that the company enter into liquidation and the suggestion that the company applies for delisting of its shares from trading and official listing on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen, was unanimously adopted. On this basis and on the basis of the company’s financial situation, including the fact that after a liquidation of the company no liquid resources for distribution among the shareholders are expected, NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen has decided to accept the company’s request for deletion.
