Resolutions at vestjyskBANK’s extraordinary general meeting held on 19 February 2013
At vestjyskBANK's extraordinary general meeting the proposal of the Supervisory Board to elect Steen Hemmingsen as a new member to the Supervisory Board was adopted. In continuation of the general meeting, the Supervisory Board constituted itself with Steen Hemmingsen as chairman and Anders Bech as vice-chairman of the board.
The general meeting authorised the chairman of the meeting to register the resolution adopted with the Danish Business Authority.
