Sale of Société Béarnaise de Synthèse (SBS) to DRT
Following the press release of February 20, 2013 concerning 2012 Results, PCAS finalized today the sale of Société Béarnaise de Synthèse (SBS), specialized in the production of acrolein-based synthesis intermediates, to the French industrial Group DRT, specialized in the development of rosin and turpentine extracted from pine resin. This sale was completed in accordance with the conditions outlined in the above-mentioned press release.
